Our State Farm agency is built on a 50-year legacy of serving the Athens community with trusted insurance and financial services. As a lifelong Athens resident and University of Georgia graduate, I take great pride in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. My journey began working in my father’s State Farm agency, where I learned firsthand the importance of building strong relationships with customers.

Before opening my own agency in 2012, I spent time in home building and real estate development, focusing on sustainable practices. Now, I’m fortunate to lead a team dedicated to personalized service, community involvement, and making a real impact. Our agency proudly supports the Athens Farmers Market, Rotary Club, and the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager for Shane Dekle State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingual Spanish required 
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensación: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
